Process

Workflow, infrastructure and quality management processes are a Meritus signature. Delivering quality in analytics is about delivering solutions to a problem. Problems can be well defined and clearly stated or implied and not clearly stated. Analytics deliver on the expectation of answers.
Meritus processes are geared to address both the stated and implied needs of our clients through solutions that stem out of a two step process. The first is being able to have a contextual approach to problem solving and the second is to use the right technique(s) that can be applied to the given data.

The various stages of our quality management process are outlined below, and at each stage collaterals are exchanged and suitable sign-off is required before progressing to the next stage.
